DB Golf Center is looking for a Facility Executive to join our TeamProvide outstanding assistance and support to customers before, during, and after their purchase of products or services, while also managing the facility and overseeing daily operations.
- Key responsibilities include:
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.- Assist with scheduling lessons and meetings, payments and issuing invoices.
Handle office administrative functions.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Manage and update facility-related records and documentation.- Providing product information, troubleshooting guidance, and technical support as needed.
Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and on time.
- Collect payments from clients for facility-related services.
Issue invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation of all transactions.
Ensure the facility is fully operational and well-maintained.
- Supervise and manage staff and provide training and support to ensure high performance.
Manage inventory of facility supplies and equipment.- Optimize the use of facility space to meet organizational needs.
Track expenses and manage financial records related to operations.
- Implement and manage protocols to protect the facility and its occupants.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including cleaning and maintenance.- Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for analysis and reporting purposes.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on products, services, and processes.- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service standards while delivering exceptional customer service.
Bachelors degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience in management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of building systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills and proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Starting date as soon as possible.
