Job Description

DB Golf Center is looking for a Facility Executive to join our Team
  • Job description:

Provide outstanding assistance and support to customers before, during, and after their purchase of products or services, while also managing the facility and overseeing daily operations.

  • Key responsibilities include:
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with scheduling lessons and meetings, payments and issuing invoices.
Handle office administrative functions.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Manage and update facility-related records and documentation.
  • Providing product information, troubleshooting guidance, and technical support as needed.
Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and on time.
  • Collect payments from clients for facility-related services.
Issue invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation of all transactions.
Ensure the facility is fully operational and well-maintained.
  • Supervise and manage staff and provide training and support to ensure high performance.
Manage inventory of facility supplies and equipment.
  • Optimize the use of facility space to meet organizational needs.
Track expenses and manage financial records related to operations.
  • Implement and manage protocols to protect the facility and its occupants.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including cleaning and maintenance.
  • Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for analysis and reporting purposes.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on products, services, and processes.
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service standards while delivering exceptional customer service.


  • Qualifications:


Bachelors degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of building systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills and proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office).
  • Customer-centric mindset


  • Starting date as soon as possible.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,
  • 00 / $4,000.00 per month depending on qualifications and experience.

  • Schedule.
to be available to work on weekends (Roster)
  • Supplemental pay types:

Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus
