Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the frontline Managing Agent, ensuring that all facilities management (FM) services are executed to the highest standards.
Assist and coordinate with stakeholders in planning and scheduling site visits, maintenance, and infrastructure improvement works.- Supervise site activities, support Quantity Surveyors with measurements and record-keeping, and upload field data to the central system.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of FM Service Providers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Qualifications and Experience:
A Polytechnic Diploma in FM Services, Estate Management, Building Maintenance/Engineering, or equivalent, with a minimum of three (3) years of FM services experience.
- Alternatively, candidates with a minimum of five (5) years of proven experience as a Technical Executive in Facilities Management or a related field are encouraged to apply.
Candidates should possess at least two of the following skillsets: Estate Management
Quantity Surveying- Civil/Structural Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
