Facility Maintenance (ACMV & Handyman) Technician

Responsibilities:

Provide installation and servicing for Facility Maintenance in ACMV related projects in Construction and Industrial sectors

Well versed in Split unit / VRV / Chilled water System Equipment Maintenance and installation

Able to provide regular maintenance for DXFCU / FCU / AHU / CRAC / MAU / Chiller / Cooling Tower / Pumps etc

Provide necessary duty call after office hours or attend to urgent site maintenance

Able to read project schedule

Lead workplace safety and promotes safe practices at the job site

• Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of in ACMV servicing maintenance and installation

Basic English writing / speaking with written Materials ordering skill

Job Type: Full-time
