Job Description- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Supply Chain
Position Title: Facility Manager
- Working Location: Tampines
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance ($1,000) + AWS + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Responsible for the maintenance of buildings, facilities, and security on all Companys sites.- Responsible for inspection, testing, general maintenance, and repair of the critical site systems and equipment in order.
Ensure all equipment and other facilities are functioning properly.
- Maintain critical systems and equipment including power/ UPS, backup generator, and fuel supply. HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), plumbing/ water supply, security doors/ alarms/ cameras, Fire safety systems and equipment.
Provide regular updates to the Management on situations/ issues which are to be resolved and the critical system or equipment is fully operational.- Initiate interventions to solve problems in the facilities and develop a system for cleaning, repair and maintenance of facilities.
Deliver timely and efficient solutions to facility-related requests.
- Coordinate and liaise with contractors on service maintenance/ repair.
Supervise contractor and engineer on-site.- Review risk assessment submitted by the contractor and ensure required safety requirements are in place prior to commencement of work.
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Facility Management.
With strong knowledge about rules and regulations pertaining to the industry of work.
- Competent with Microsoft Office.
Possess own transport is an added advantage.
