Report to Head of Operations
- Plan, support and manage renovation works of new and existing stores.
- Sourcing of kitchen equipments etc..
- Plan routine service schedule and manage ad-hoc servicing and repairs for all business units
- Strategize and manage servicing and maintenance budget for optimum efficiency
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance so as to maximize lifespan of assets and equipment
- Guide team of technicians to service and upkeep equipment and to meet operational needs
- Call for and review service contracts, tenders, quotations and renewals
- Liaise with authorities, landlords and building owners for necessary renovation submission and approvals
- Assist in new outlet set-up including sourcing of equipment
- Arrange regular maintenance work with servicing or pest control vendors
- Oversee and manage maintenance of various outlets equipments and assets (such as air-con, electrical and plumbing
- Assess risks and ensure compliance to statuory requirements eg SFA, Workplace Safety and Health Act to avoid any work condition hazards at all times
- Prepare weekly reports
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management
