Responsibilities:
- Daily-checking and inspection of SCADA for UPW, WWTP & PCW system.
- Perform water analysis for UPW, WWTP & PCW system.
- Perform daily operational consumables replenishment, scheduled/routine equipment maintenance.
- Support monthly samples submission for legal compliances.
- Execute project installation, machine modifications and productivity improvements.
- Conduct operational training and maintenance guidance for new joined members.
- Submit daily, weekly, monthly reports to suprvisor on time.
- Ensure compliance to ISO Operating Procedures with Safe Practices.
- Systems Include: Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) tanks & supply Wastewater Treatment (WWT) tanks & discharge Sewerage (SEW) drainage & discharge Domestic/NEWater (WSS) tanks & supply Process Cooling Water (PCW) tanks & supply Process Waste Water (PWW) tanks & drainage.
Requirements:
- NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience in using SCADA systems for process control in Annual Plant Maintenance, ISO/RBA audits, and NEA/PUB audits would be an advantage.
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
- Proficient with basic Microsoft Office, speak English and write simple report.
- Willing to work in cleanroom environment and 12-hour shift arrangement.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work in teams.
