Working Days & Hours: 6 Days (7am-3pm / 3-11pm / 11pm-7am) rotate
Job Description
- Perform all repair and maintenance works on the Hotel's lighting, power heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, refrigeration, fire protection, kitchen, laundry and plumbing equipment.
- Check system or equipment for faults and follow up on the repair works if required.
- Monitor works carryout by contractors and ensure works are properly done, safe and secured.
- Carry out preventive maintenance work of properties.
- Ensure the fire and safety procedures are carried out at all times.
Job Requirements
- NITEC in Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent
- Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
