Factory Assistant

Job scopes:

1 Report to Production Manager and assist him in overseeing the daily store operation.

2 To assist Production Manager overseeing work order received from project department.

3 Assist supervisor for material ordering and workers allocation.

4 Responsible for warehouse operation and inventory control.

5 Maintaining accurate stock records. Assist with stock take and stock reconciliation.

6 To responsible for goods receiving and return.

7 To manage receiving and delivery of goods and material including packaging.

8 Issue and keep record of DO.

9 To supervise driver's work and plan for their delivery schedule.

10 To supervise storekeeper.

11 To manage equipment maintenance, safety record, supervise the tools recording, movements and monitor their return. Arrange for servicing, repair and disposal.

Job Requirements:

1 Able to use MS Office, particularly in Excel.

2 Knowledge of ERP inventory management system will be advantage.

3 Preferably candidate with knowledge and understanding on various type of materials used in interior fitting out works.

4 Carpentry knowledge is a plus.
