Job Title: Factory & Facility Manager

• Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory & Facility Manager to oversee our operations in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering with at least 5-10 years of relevant experience in similar role.

• Responsibilities:

• (Factory Manager duties)

Oversee day-to-day operations of the factory, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes, including production lines, quality control and inventory management

Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and company objectives. Manage and lead a team of engineers, ensuring a safe and productive work environment, providing guidance and support as needed

• Monitor production output and quality, taking corrective actions when necessary

Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

Prepare and submit reports to management Coordinate with various departments like HR admin, logistics, and quality control

• Enforce company policies and labour laws

• (Facility Manager duties)

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

• Overseeing the maintenance and repair of the factory, equipment and systems

Maintaining a clean and functional work environment by managing cleaning services and waste disposal

Optimizing the use of space within factory to ensure it meets the needs of production processes and employees

• Requirements:*

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a factory & facility management role
- Experience in Automation & 3D printing will be a Plus point!
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with production planning and scheduling
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Fluency in English and Malay languages

Salary Range: RM 10,000 - RM15,000
Work location to be advise more upon selected for interview
