KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the facultative reinsurance sector
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate and recommend the best facultative reinsurance options to meet client needs
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the facultative reinsurance portfolio, focusing on growth and client retention

- Claims Coordination: Collaborate with the claims team to ensure smooth processing of facultative reinsurance claims
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes impacting facultative reinsurance
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in the facultative reinsurance sector, ideally in a regional role
- In-depth knowledge of insurance and reinsurance principles, risk assessment, and pricing
