Join Our Team as a Fashion Management Assistant
We're excited to be growing and are looking for a passionate Fashion Management Assistant to join our women-led team. If you love fashion and have an interest in business management, marketing, and operations, this could be the perfect role for you! You'll play a key part in our daily operations and get hands-on experience in every area of the business.
What You'll Do:
- Help with day-to-day retail operations, both in-store and online, including managing inventory and minimizing stock risks.
- Look at sales data and customer feedback to find ways to improve our products and make our customers even happier.
- Support the management team in carrying out business strategies and meeting company goals.
- Assist with product launches and collaborations, making sure everything runs smoothly between the management and marketing teams.
- Contribute to developing and implementing marketing strategies that reflect our brand's vision.
- Create and manage exciting marketing campaigns across different platforms.
- Research market trends and look for new ways to connect with our customers.
- Work closely with the team to come up with fresh product ideas that fit our marketing plans.
What We're Looking For:
- A diploma in fashion management, marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to commit to 44 hours a week, including one weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Great communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Strong analytical skills to understand data and make smart recommendations.
- A real passion for fashion and staying on top of industry trends.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with regulars.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- A proactive, results-driven attitude and a willingness to grow in a fast-paced environment.
