Job Responsibilities:- Responsible for attending to customers and demonstrating effective selling skills and product knowledge at our flagship store in Joo Chiat.
- In charge of daily retail sales and operations
- Fulfilment of online orders
- Managing inventory levels, housekeeping at the store
- Provide support to customers via email and live chat, addressing enquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist with designing strategies to drive sales and promote brand
- Plan and assist with other retail activities like pop-up events
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possesses a strong understanding of the brand
- Minimum of 3 years of fashion retail experience. Managerial experience is a bonus.
- Keen eye for fashion and style
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong organization skills and attention to details.
- 40-45 hours per week (5 days Work Week)
