.Fast Close- PERM. Service Advisor (Automotive Industry) - (up to $3500 + Incentives ) #NJE

Responsibilities:

• Informs the customer about service, price and deadline
• Supports tin the framework of accident damage
• Records customer and vehicle data for the customer database
• Ensure customer mobility (e.g. courtesy car, rental car, shuttle services, taxi, etc.)
• Issue courtesy and rental cars to customers
• Prepares and settles complete and detailed orders
• Checks availability of parts before the start of repairs
• Matches current workshop capacity with orders deadlines
• Other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service
