Field Application Engineer

Mon to Fri: 9am to 5:30pm

Objective:

We are looking for a Field Application Engineer to drive new projects and business pipelines for FY24 growth.

Responsibilities:

. Responsible for pre & post sales requirements of Company's Power Quality products (preparing technical documents & commercial proposals)

. Provides technical support to distributors and key account customer for troubleshooting, on-site testing and commissioning

. Provides trainings to distributors and customers to enhance their capabilities

. Responsible for design-in (spec-in) of company's products with the distributor in the appointed territory and market segments, achieve yearly design-in targets

. Lookout for opportunities to cross out competitor part

. Coordinate PQ Application and On-site Measurement Services in line with the company strategy

. Maintains good relationship with both end-users, local distributors, external test laboratories and build customer loyalty through field visits

. Maintenance of existing customers base and achieve development of new potential customers.

. Effective use of CRM/CAS system to record key activities, including customer visit/call reports and opportunities

. Able to communicate and work well with internal departments.

. Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Strategic Account Manager or/and Sales Manager

Job Requirements:

. Possess fundamental PQ Harmonic knowledge and application.

. Basic knowledge of EMC / EMI compliance is a plus

. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering or other relevant majors

. Prefer minimum 3 years technical experience in the field of industrial products

. Able to operate common test equipment like voltage meter, clamp meter, oscilloscope, analyzer, etc.

. Good interpersonal and communication skills

. Well-versed in basic MS Office tools (eg. Word, Excel) and SAP (preferred)

. Interpersonal savvy

. Good follow up and consultative approach attitude

. Able to work independently and resourceful
