Field Application Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Top monitor project resources, budget, schedule and scope of work
• Provide technical expertise on site to troubleshoot and propose the best solution for our clients
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
• Propose and recommend improvement projects to clients to upgrade existing equipment performance.
• Attend to site installation, equipment breakdown and servicing, and emergency requests from client
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional after-sales support to our clients
• Utilize your technical know-how to identify, diagnose and repair complex issues efficiently.
• Other ad-hoc duties

Qualifications:

• Must possess a minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Automation) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience required and knowledge related to electromechanical control & automation.
• Programming skills and understanding in PLC & Robotic Control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Travel, often on short notice, to customer sites to resolve problems or support other team members.
• With class 3 driving license.
• Regional travel experience.
