Make an Impact
- Track and manage the orders under the Operations Support Team
- Perform day to day provisioning of fibre based products such as MetroE, Ethernet link, ISDN, Giga-wave, Elite and Evolve
- Ensure the orders are commissioned on CRD (Customer Request Date)
- Assist customer and Customer Fronting Unit (CFU) in provision matters
- Support Business to manage and provide excellent service to customers
- Perform Patching and CPE provisioning to support Singnet Migration Project at the different areas
- Isolate and troubleshoot the problems during provisioning
- Work closely with LTC/ODC Team for any backend issue and assisting investigating on escalation cases and complaint on LTC/ODC matters
- Assisting Manager and Team Lead to compile daily orders from system and monthly billing reports or any other duties assigned
Skills For Success
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Passion in field work
- Experience in fibre based products
- Demonstrate high level of customer focus to internal and external customers
- Possess interpersonal and communication skills in a multicultural environment
- Good planning and organisation skills
- Independent and capable of decision making and problem solving
- Highly motivated and able to work independently under pressure
- Good communication and written skills
- Good report writing and presentation skills
