Field Engineer

Salary: Up to $2,900

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Contract: 1-year renewable contract (No bond)
Location: Currently at Pasir Panjang, relocating to Tai Seng at the end of December 2024

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance support to clientele, ensuring SLA commitments and requirements are met.
• Attend to incident calls and allocate tasks from the Helpdesk Team.
• Troubleshoot printers and projectors.

Requirements:

• Well-versed in the technical aspects of field projects, including equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
