We provide our tenants with stylishly furnished properties, in the most awesome locations in Singapore and Jakarta and make the whole rental process seamless from end to end. Our contract terms are flexible like our tenants lives and our rental prices include everything from utilities and wifi and weekly cleaning. Whats unique about Cove is that our tenants get matched with great flatmates and also have access to our community events around the city.

  • Job Title: Field Sales Representative
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Reports To: Sales Manager
  • Main Responsibilities:
Conduct viewings for the leads that have been scheduled on your calendar by the customer success team.
  • Ensure you have all the information needed for a viewing to be converted to successful booking.
Quickly learn the prospects needs and match them to our available options. Collaborate with the inbound team to arrange and independently conduct viewings.
  • To actively convert customer enquiries into confirmed sales to develop future and repeat business contributing to the profitability of business.
Attend scheduled viewings timely and ensure timely follow-up on the same business day (24 hours)
  • Ensure feedback from the leads are captured during viewings, or post viewings on their final decision-making
Responsibilities include working with operation staff to ensure end moment check-ins are accommodated. Working with the finance team to ensure invoices generated are correct and payments are made.
  • Vigilant in reporting any damages noticed in the properties during viewings to the Sales Operations team.
Collaborate with the team to arrange and independently conduct viewings
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Experience and Qualifications Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience with sales background
  • Able to hit quota every month and be performance-driven
Meticulous in lease documentation
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal & presentation skills.
High degree of commitment & a good team player.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Technology savvy
  • Ability to work with various departments
Mandarin speaking if possible
