- Job Title: Field Sales Representative
- Reports To: Sales Manager
Conduct viewings for the leads that have been scheduled on your calendar by the customer success team.- Ensure you have all the information needed for a viewing to be converted to successful booking.
Quickly learn the prospects needs and match them to our available options. Collaborate with the inbound team to arrange and independently conduct viewings.
- To actively convert customer enquiries into confirmed sales to develop future and repeat business contributing to the profitability of business.
Attend scheduled viewings timely and ensure timely follow-up on the same business day (24 hours)- Ensure feedback from the leads are captured during viewings, or post viewings on their final decision-making
Responsibilities include working with operation staff to ensure end moment check-ins are accommodated. Working with the finance team to ensure invoices generated are correct and payments are made.
- Vigilant in reporting any damages noticed in the properties during viewings to the Sales Operations team.
Collaborate with the team to arrange and independently conduct viewings- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience and Qualifications Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience with sales background- Able to hit quota every month and be performance-driven
Meticulous in lease documentation
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal & presentation skills.
High degree of commitment & a good team player.- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Technology savvy
- Ability to work with various departments
Mandarin speaking if possible
