Position Title: Field Service Engineer
- Working Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: Monday Friday,
- 30am 5pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3000 + $500 Transportation Allowance + OT + Standby Allowance + VB
Duration: Permanent
Install, service, support, upgrade, and maintain various types of equipment.- Execute moderate to complex assignments including diagnosing and repairing equipment malfunctions and making necessary adjustments.
Understand and apply knowledge of system parameters and interactions for process development and advanced electronic-mechanical troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve and maintain high levels of customer and company satisfaction.
Offer direct, hands-on support for machinery at customer sites.- Prepare and submit detailed technical reports post-service activities.
Manage and use specific jigs effectively during service tasks.
- Assist senior engineers with advanced-level functions, like robot teaching and handling sub-units.
Conduct ad-hoc delivery of equipment or parts as needed.
Minimum Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Microelectronics Engineering, or related.- Cleanroom working experience will be highly advantageous.
Experience in machine set up/installation/modification/servicing/trouble shooting/repair.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Comfortable with standing-by/working after working hours.- Comfortable with travelling occasionally.
