Responsibilities:
- Install and commission equipment or systems at customer locations according to specifications and guidelines.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and provide emergency repairs for equipment malfunctions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including electrical, mechanical, and software problems.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support and training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all aspects of work.
- Document service activities, including service reports, parts usage, and customer interactions.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay customer feedback and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Stay current with technical advancements and industry trends to provide proactive service solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- 4 years of experience in field service engineering
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software used in equipment maintenance and repair.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites, sometimes on short notice.
