Field Service Engineer (Entry Level)

About Our Client

• Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm
• Basic + AWS + VB + Standby Allowance

Job Description

• Perform installation , relocation, testing and troubleshooting of exhaust gas solution abatements.
• Perform onsite preventive maintenance of equipment and attend to equipment abnormalities.
• Co ordinate all service actions with customers to minimize downtime or system interruptions.
• Implement required field modifications or updates as released in Engineering Change Orders which may involve removal and installation of assemblies, sub-assemblies, machines and sub-machines
• Prepare and maintain accurate logs, service records, part usage documentation, diagnostic and troubleshooting records.
• Represent company to the customer , utilizing knowledge on company's product lines and services to keep existing or potential customers informed when new or additional features are released or identified.
• To handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by superior.

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology or other related engineering field.
• Entry level or min 1 year work experience related experience
