- Job Description & Major Responsibilities
Service Engineers install, service, support, upgrade and maintain SCREEN equipment. Training is provided to support multiple equipment types. They perform a variety of moderate to complex assignments, diagnose equipment problems and make repairs or adjustments. Understand system parameters and interactions to allow process development and extensive electronic-mechanical troubleshooting on the equipment.
- To support the team in meeting customers expectations and companys expectations
To support machines and be technically inclined
- Direct support on machines at local/oversea customers fab and the workforce to ensure customer satisfaction amongst our customers.
To attend weekly meeting and presentation- To write technical report
To handle specific jigs during service jobs
- To assist Senior Engineer to perform higher-level job
To perform ad-hoc delivery of parts to customer- To perform service/installation/troubleshooting job in local/oversea
To perform spare parts inventory control and recording in SAP B1
- Desired Qualifications / Requirements / Competencies
Candidates should possess at least Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/ Microelectronics Engineering
- Excellent troubleshooting and repair skills
Require good communication skills, documentation, and customer service skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words and Microsoft PowerPoint
Strong organisational skills and attention to details
- Proactive and able to work with little direct supervision
Ability to work independently as well as a good team player- Good spoken and written communication skills
Machine setup/installation/modification/servicing/trouble shooting/repair
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively with team members and customers
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Cleanroom working experience preferable but not a must
