Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

. Support Vertical probe card maintenance and servicing at customer site.

. Bridge between customer and Factory in resolving probe card issues.

. Support data gathering, taking of measurements and other cost savings and improvement projects by the Field Application Engineer.

. Compile Investigation Report/ Service Report.

. Support Customer Engineering evaluations, DOE runs related to Technoprobe Probe cards.

. Perform pin replacement on site.

. Able to perform basic PCB repair and troubleshooting, component desoldering/soldering.

. Work closely business partners and customer's engineering team to ensure that the customers can successfully go to production and implement needed solution in timely manner.

. Troubleshooting & Isolation of problems solving skills.

. Able to read PCB schematics.

. Technical competencies and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other industry software.

Requirements

. Diploma / Above in Electrical and Electronics / Electrical or equivalent

. Possess strong process analysis and problem-solving skills.

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills working with Taiwan and China business partner and customers.

. At least 3 years related work experience in Electrical Wafer Sort / Final Test Testing.

. Willing to station / base in Malaysia, Penang.

Workplace Location: Ang Mo Kio, Techplace 1 (easily accessible to public transport)
