Field Service Engineer (Transformers/switchgear /Electrical Servicing/UPS/PLC/ MNC /UP $4,500)

Location: North East

Monday - Friday, 8.45-5.30 pm

Job Description:

. Support engineers in conducting site acceptance tests, commissioning, and start-up for transformers and switchgear. Knowledge of UPS, Low Voltage/Medium Voltage Variable Speed Drives, and PLC systems is a plus.

. Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, fault investigation, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.

. Provide field operations and technical support to customers, helping them identify their needs and offering post-sales service solutions.

. Address on-site repair and maintenance issues, troubleshoot, and effectively resolve technical problems.

. Deliver field feedback to engineering and manufacturing teams to assist in new product development and improvements to existing products.

. Manage the procurement of spare parts from Supplier

Job Requirements:

. Diploma/ITE in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

. Relevant experience in technical servicing roles.

. Hands-on experience in customer service with the ability to work independently on-site.

. 1 to 2 years of field service experience in a related industry.
