Field Service Engineer x 3 (Up to $5000 / Shift / Airport / Immediate)

A field service technician performs installation, maintenance and repair tasks for a company's equipment or systems directly at client locations.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and test equipment or systems at customer sites, ensuring everything functions as required.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive services on equipment to extend its life and maintain optimal performance.
• Diagnose issues, repair or replace defective parts, and address any technical challenges, often requiring specialized tools.
• Interact with clients, provide technical guidance, answer questions, and give advice on proper equipment use.
• Keep detailed records of service activities, parts used, and repairs made. This may include filling out service reports and updating records for future reference.

Field service technicians should have strong problem-solving skills, mechanical or technical knowledge, and good interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients.
