Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Filenet Developer with 9-11 years of expertise to join our dynamic team in the banking domain. The candidate will play a key role in developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level content management solutions using IBM Filenet. This position requires a deep understanding of document management systems, workflow design, and integration with financial platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Develop Solutions: Architect and develop solutions on IBM Filenet, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Document Management & Workflow Systems: Implement and maintain workflows, document repositories, and case management modules tailored to banking processes.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Filenet with core banking and legacy systems (via APIs and middleware).
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Monitor systems, provide technical support, and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Process Automation: Design automated workflows to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure solutions comply with banking regulations and security standards.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation, user guides, and project reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
Skills & Experience Required
- 9-11 years of hands-on experience with IBM Filenet development and implementation.
- Strong expertise in Filenet Content Manager and Process Manager.
- Solid knowledge of Java, .NET, and REST APIs for integration.
- Experience with workflow orchestration, case management, and document imaging solutions.
- Prior exposure to banking/financial services environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and middleware technologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of compliance frameworks and information security policies relevant to financial institutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- IBM Filenet certification (e.g., Content Manager or Process Manager) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in Agile or DevOps methodologies.
