ClearSK manages the award-winning ClearSK chain of medi-aesthetic centres, with a strong presence in Singapore, Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Kuala Lumpur. We are currently seeking a Finance & Admin Executive to join our team. This role involves the management of our membership CRM database with a focus on data analysis. The successful candidates will work closely with our Finance Director to ensure the accuracy of our clinic revenue tracking systems and customer prepayment accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the membership CRM database using a sophisticated database system
  • Analyze data to derive meaningful insights for business improvement
  • Assist Finance Director in tracking company, team and employee KPIs
  • Compute and analyze manpower statistics and payroll costs (both fixed and variable components)
  • Perform policy-compliance audits
  • Submit monthly analytical reports to senior management for insights
  • Generate daily progress update and submit weekly audit reports of non-compliant or irregular incidents, personnel involved and the monetary amount impact for HQ to adjust the Monthly Performance Bonus (MPB) of the personnel involved
  • To liaise and coordinate with HQ in Singapore on SOP audit & compliance
  • Uphold compliance standards in all financial transactions.
  • Manage accounts payable processes with precision, ensuring accuracy in verification and payment processing
  • Manage office operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to organizational policies

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Good in planning and organizing work flow, with strong in numeracy, analytical and good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enjoy working in fast-paced and dynamic environment independently
  • Diligent in checking work to ensure no errors before submitting to superiors for review
  • A multi-tasker and learner with self-motivation and sensitive with figures
  • Comfortable with computerized data processing and able to comprehend tables and spreadsheet templates

  • Familiarity with accounts payable processes and administration
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
