Are you a finance professional passionate about supporting key business decisions We're seeking a Finance Analyst to play a pivotal role in providing financial insights and key metrics to drive equipment purchase decisions. This position involves analyzing historical results, identifying trends, and partnering with leadership to guide future purchase decisions for various devices, including mobile phones, laptops, tablets, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish accounting transactions related to insurance products and support month-end closing activities.
- Design and automate reporting processes for data flow between clients, insurance partners, and internal teams.
- Implement effective processes and controls to ensure compliance, corporate governance, and asset protection.
- Analyze systems, data, and processes to identify trends, anomalies, and areas of improvement, focusing on inventory management and logistics costs.
- Provide transparency on inventory and logistics costs, offering detailed analysis of key cost drivers.
- Monitor device costs through root cause analysis, addressing variances and potential cost leakage.
- Develop and maintain a reporting suite to track key cost metrics for both insurance and non-insurance products.
- Conduct monthly reporting, planning, and forecasting of stock levels and equipment costs, providing variance analysis and insights.
- Support ad-hoc projects and process automation initiatives to enhance business efficiency.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent).
- Experience in finance, preferably in a Big 4 firm (Transactions) or within telecommunications, supply chain/logistics, or insurance environments.
- Proficiency in handling large datasets, with strong analytical skills to forecast trends.
- Competency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems such as Power BI, Hyperion, Oracle, or SAP.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, supply chain finance, cost accounting, and management reporting, with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Highly motivated, hands-on, and results-oriented, with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high matrix organization, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
