# About the Finance Analyst Role
Tazapay is looking for an Finance Analyst who can support the group level financial reporting and the FP&A function in the Singapore office.
# Responsibilities Include are not Limited to :
Financial Reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate month-end close.
- Prepare, consolidate, and analyze revenue and cost datasets for month-end reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data by performing detailed reconciliations and variance analyses.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving data quality, reporting efficiency, and financial analysis capabilities.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Support the FP&A team in analysing financial performance and identifying trends.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
- Provide variance analysis and explanations for budget vs. actual results.
- Create reports, dashboards, datasets and analytical methodologies to enable decision making for business and finance stakeholders
# The Ideal Candidate
## Education
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience
- 1-4 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Xero) is a plus.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools (Tableau or Quicksight) and SQL is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
