Finance Analyst

Job Title: Finance Analyst

Location: Woodlands

Job Summary:

The Finance Analyst is responsible for managing financial processes like forecasting, tracking actual results, and analyzing variances for manufacturing support teams. These teams include Corporate Quality, Utilities and Energy, Environmental Health, and Planning functions. The role involves supporting financial reporting and performance tracking across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

.Support monthly forecasting, actuals, and variance analysis.

.Maintain worldwide data integrity and track performance to target KPIs.

.Develop and manage financial calendars across our business units (BU) and fabs worldwide.

.Own the monthly financial reporting to executives.

.Track productivity and efficiency metrics.

.Drive Continuous Improvement (CIP) into CapEx processes and templates.

.Provide ad-hoc reporting as needed.

.Preferred Qualifications:

.Demonstrated accounting and financial analysis skills.

.Strong written English communication.

.Customer-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and produce high-quality work.

.Strong understanding and proficiency in financial systems and tools (Hyperion, Oracle, Microsoft Office suite, Google web applications).

.Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

.3-6 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
