We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance and Administrator to manage the financial operations and administrative tasks within our company. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide essential support to foster business growth.
Finance Responsibilities:
. Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and ledgers
. Prepare monthly account reconciliations
. Process and manage accounts payable and receivable
. Monitor and review daily expenditures of outlets
. Reconcile bank statements and track expenses
. Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets and analysis
. File quarterly GST return and annual tax returns
Administrative Responsibilities:
. Provide administrative support, including handling emails related to catering services and Ecosystem education queries
. Maintain profile and orders for delivery and sales platforms
. Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Qualifications and skills:
. Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
. Proven experience in finance and administrative roles
. Proficiency in accounting and bookkeeping software (e.g., SQL accounting) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
. Good understanding of financial rules, regulations, and policies
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail, and the ability to reconcile accounts accurately and in a timely manner
. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
