Job Summary five - day workweek (9:00am 6:00pm)
Location: North Bridge Road
Assist in partial set of accounts (AP and AR) and quarterly GST reporting .
Verify and process local / overseas payments and staff expenses.
Assist in Year-end stock take and Year-end audit.
Support in general administrative duties such as collection of mails, procurement,
maintenance of office supplies and HR task.
Perform any other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the Superior (as required)
Minimum 2 years experience in Finance & Admin
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A hands-on person who is positive, proactive and driven
Able to start work immediately or within short notice
Detail-oriented with strong digital capabilities
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to facilitate contact and business communication with Mandarin-speaking staff.
