Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily checks on sales transactions, including collections, credit card slips, deposit payments, and vouchers (gift, promo, shopping mall).
Reconcile Pre-GST sales, GST amounts, and ensure all sales invoices are accounted for.- Post and reconcile all receipts (credit cards, NETS, cash, vouchers).
Prepare and submit monthly net sales reports (GTO) to store landlords.
- Assist in statutory audits, corporate tax, and GST-related tasks.
Manage requests from branches for printing supplies and office materials.- Handle general administrative tasks within the finance department.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Minimum Nitec in Accounting or Diploma with accounting knowledge.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.- Experience with Netsuite is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, positive, and able to meet deadlines independently.
