Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day Accounts Payable function which include recording of invoice and payment processing
• Ensure accuracy of invoicing entries and posting in accounting system
• Reconciliation of creditors statements to accounting records and investigate discrepancies, if any
• Responsible for month end closing and assist in audit process
• Ensure proper documentation / filling
• Involve in ad hoc projects as and when assigned

Requirements

• Possess at least NITEC / LCCI / Diploma in Accounting
• Knowledge in Navision accounting software will be preferred
• Min 1 year of relevant experience in this role
• Preferably with experience in F&B or retail industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and word
• Committed, meticulous, positive personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, team player
• Ability to work within tight timelines and in a fast-paced environment
