Assist in accounts payable and receivable duties

Processing, verification, organising, updating and monitoring of documents, bills, invoices and payments

Assist Accounts in updating records into ERP system

Assist in monthly stocktake and closing of accounts

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Diploma / GCE O Level / NITEC or equivalent qualifications with some relevant working experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Meticulous, good initiative and able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
5.5 days, alternate Saturdays off
Salary commensurate with work experiences
Meals benefit provided
