Responsibilities:
. Performs a range of general clerical, accounting and administrative support function
. Updating and maintaining of records required
. To handle filing of invoices, documents and data entries
. Liaising with vendors/other departments when needed
. Perform other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
. Minimum O Level
. Competent in MS Office Applications, MYOB, GST related knowledge
. Responsible and highly motivated individual
. Positive working attitude
. Independent, meticulous and possess initiative
. Bilingual in English and Mandarin - Processing of documents in Mandarin needed. Proficiency in Mandarin is
essential
. Experience in full set of accounts is an advantage
. 5-day work week
. Able to start work immediately
