As a Finance Associate/Manager, you will support closing, Forecasting and Budgeting of Enterprise Services Departments, and Products. Assists in extraction and preparation and analysis of Management reports and ad hoc projects.
Make an Impact by:
Compliance: Work closely with shared service team and internal stakeholders on month-end closing, review and approve month-end journal entries against supporting documents, complying with accounting standards and statutory reporting requirements.
Business Partnering: Support some Enterprise Services departments in closing, forecasting and budgeting exercises, ensuring alignment with company goals. Prepare Financial report and provide variance analysis.
Planning and Analysis: Monitor and track performance against business cases, budgets, and forecasts. Liaise with business stakeholders and review reasonableness of forecast and budget. Report issues or variances to Finance Directors for prompt management action.
Financial Operations: Assist product and segment owners in processing cost centre and PIC creation, deletion and adjustment request with Finance Processes & Systems team. Process Finance incurred invoices for payment. Assist in extraction of Reports and loading of Journals.
Product Reporting: Prepare and Analyse P/L for some Products.
Process Automation: Participate in cross functional and Corporate projects to improve efficiency and productivity.
Skills for Success:
Accounting Degree
3 5 years post graduate experience
Microsoft Excel
Powerpoint
Accurate and detail oriented
Analytical Skills
