- Financial Monitoring and Analysis: Partner with divisions to monitor operating revenue, expenses, and capital expenditure against budget and funding sources analyze and present financial performance and forecasts to stakeholders, highlighting key variances and areas for improvement.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with divisions and project teams on monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and revised budget submissions, presenting for approval and recommending necessary adjustments.
- Decision Support: Provide financial insights to business units for timely decision-making and review financial matters for funding requests and project reporting.
- Cost Management: Monitor fixed and variable costs to understand cost drivers and enhance budget accuracy.
- Compliance and Engagement: Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations engage with business units to stay updated on developments and maintain strong relationships.
Requirements:
- Educational and Professional Background: Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or relevant qualification with at least 8 years of experience, preferably in Finance Business Partner roles and technology companies.
- Presentation and Communication: Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to effectively communicate business narratives and influence stakeholders.
- Interpersonal and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to build relationships, manage stakeholders, and communicate across all levels proficient in problem-solving and creative thinking.
- Work Ethic and Adaptability: Positive attitude, meticulous, capable of handling large data sets, and comfortable with hands-on tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Workday, dashboarding tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau) programming knowledge is an advantage.
