Introduction
Due to the rapid expansion of Trip.com business in our key APAC markets, we are hiring for an experienced F inance Business Partner to work closely with business teams and make timely and sound financial decisions to support local management teams. This role provides full finance support to business partners, and serves as a liaison with HQ finance team. This role expects analytical excellence and strategic thinking to drive business forward.
In this Role, youll get to
Serve as a trusted business partner with well-rounded financial knowledge and expertise to business leaders;
Develop forecasts and build financial models to support strategic planning, decision making, and target setting;
Provide actionable insights on growth drivers, cost optimization, and competitive landscape;
Create insightful reports and dashboards to enable effective decision making for business and finance stakeholders;
Conduct ad-hoc analysis, financial modeling and benchmarking as needed to support the business
What you'll Need to Succeed
Bachelor or Masters degree in business, finance, or other related field;
At least 5 years finance related working experience, finance business partnering or FP&A experience preferred;
Experience in Internet or travel related industry experience will be a plus;
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and able to listen and work proactively with business leaders;
Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and PPT;
Strong interest to drive business solution through data analysis;
Fast learner, eagerness to learn, accountable and detailed oriented.
