About The Job
- Manage the annual business planning process, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with company goals.
- Drive financial performance management, ensuring budgets, forecasts, and financial results meet company standards and targets.
- Oversee FP&A activities, including variance analysis, scenario modeling, and forecasting to support executive decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth expense management analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports, offering strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Skills And Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent is a plus.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate planning, or finance performance management, preferably within the life insurance or broader financial services sector.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
