Finance Director, APAC

Responsibilities:

• Finance Business Director for the APAC region, in the interception of Oatly commercial activities.
• Go-to person when it comes to business and financial strategy for the APAC region, requiring understanding of both commercial and operational activities.
• Responsibility for monthly business tracking and partnering across the region.
• Manage Finance Business Planning, including budgets, forecasts, reporting, and long-term plans.
• Drives process improvements within the region, challenges the commercial and operational organization, working towards improving commercial activities.
• Support General Manager for International region in making important financial decisions.
• Daily collaboration with commercial and operation controllers for the region, making sure financials are kept accurate and in control
• Weekly collaboration with the whole EMEA region, working closely with Sustainable Operation, Commercial and Finance functions
• Direct reporting to SVP of EMEA and Group Controlling, to ensure direct alignment with both EMEA and Group

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering/Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience with similar capacity preferably in FMCG environment.
• Familiar with global cross function working environment.
• Strong excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent team player and interpersonal skill
