Key Responsibilities:
As the Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of the group office and leading the Group's financial and management reporting processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all Accounting and Finance functions for the China and Hong Kong group office
- Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory guidelines in financial reporting
- Leading financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis
- Establishing and enforcing robust internal controls to safeguard financial integrity
- Supervising treasury functions, including cash management and banking relationships
- Driving finance projects at a Group level aligned with strategic goals
- Collaborating with external auditors to manage audit processes effectively
- Providing leadership to the finance team, fostering professional growth and compliance with internal policies
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field with professional accounting qualifications
- Over 12 years of relevant experience, including training at a Big 4 audit firm and commercial roles in sizable B2B companies
- Experience in business transformations, strategic planning, and execution
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to team management
- Proven ability to manage projects and deliver under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Proficiency in MS Suite, particularly Excel
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
