The Role

• Lead a sub-group accounting and finance team, providing training, coaching, guidance and support
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly and yearly consolidated financial and management accounts, forecasts and budgets, ensuring financial integrity, accuracy, completeness, timeliness and compliance with Group internal policies & procedures
• Align and harmonise accounting policies and procedures for all entities in the sub-group with Group policies
• Assess implications of new or revised accounting standards for sub-group
• Perform financial due diligence, when required
• Liaise with external stakeholders including but limited to auditors and tax agents
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management
