- Working hours: 9.30am to 6.30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Managing Director in developing, implementing and monitoring the compliance of internal control policies and procedures
- Prepare Feasibility study for company prospective projects.
- Review consolidated financial statements, management reports and budget variance analysis of the Group
- Coordinate, participate and deliver insights into the financial reports in the management meeting and board meeting
- Manage relationship with external auditors for financial audits
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, analysis and presentation to Management
- Oversee the costing function for the Built Industries activities in Singapore
- Supervision of local & overseas Accounts staff with full spectrum of accounting responsibilities
- Perform any other tasks as the need arises
- Lead the Company Admin, Finance and HR Departments.
- Assist the Group in debt and fund raising when required.
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, business, business administration or related field with at least 5 years of working experience, including experience in built industries costing, tender and supervisory experience.
- Familiar with Debts & Loans in singapore banking context.
