Finance Executive (3 months contract - convertible)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Accounts Payable function which include verification and recording of invoice and payment processing
• Ensure accuracy of invoicing entries and posting in accounting system
• Reconciliation of creditors statements to accounting records and investigate discrepancies, if any
• Maintaining of Fixed Assets Register and Bank Reconciliation matters
• Responding appropriately to vendor and internal requests on financial accounting matters
• Ensure compliance with company's policy and procedures
• Assist in budget process and liaise with auditors
• Ensure proper documentation / filling
• Involve in ad hoc projects as and when assigned

Requirements

• Possess at least NITEC / LCCI / Diploma in Accounting
• Knowledge in Navision accounting software will be preferred
• Min 1 year of relevant experience in this role
• Preferably with experience in F&B or retail industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and word
• Committed, meticulous, positive personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, team player
• Ability to work within tight timelines and in a fast-paced environment
