Draw up knowledge management processes e.g. support the creation and maintenance of a master tracking list of budget, disbursements and refunds, documentation and checklists, prepare report templates, etc.
Perform simple projections based on utilisation trends.
Issue purchase orders.
Propose possible KPIs or monitoring indicators.
Perform simple data sense-making and reporting to monitor scheme's KPIs and service metrics.
Consolidate inputs from the team and stakeholders during budget reporting cycles.
Other administrative tasks to support operations and set up as required.
Requirements
Singaporean only.
Knowledge or experience in finance would be advantageous.
Proficient using Excel.
Minimum Degree.
