Your Impact and Contribution
You will be responsible for the Finance and Accounting function of Autism Association Singapore in the following areas:
. Handling of Accounts Receivable process including billing and collection
. Handling of Accounts Payable process including procurement, supplier invoice verification, coding & posting of invoices and data entry
. Handle and process Purchase Requisitions - include match with vendor invoices, monitor and clear outstanding PR that is more than 3 months old
. Prepare journal vouchers and post in accounting system (SAP)
. Bank reconciliation, related parties reconciliation
. Donation - managing donation in DMS for Finance & IRAS submission
. Handle Fixed Assets
. Handle Petty Cash and Bank Payment
. Generate timely update of Monthly reports, budget tracking and closing of accounts
. Provide support to team Finance at month end closing
. Provide support for annual external audit and budget exercise
. Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
. Coordinate and liaise internal parties (school, centres and head quarters)
. Other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications and Requirements
. Minimum Diploma /ITE, Certificate in Accountancy, Finance or its equivalent
. Minimum 3 years working experience
. Team player
. Well-versed in MS office, especially MS Excel and Word
. Working knowledge of SAP (will be an added advantage)
. Enthusiastic, keen to learn, meticulous and independent
. Able to stay focused on the details of the job to ensure accuracy
. Able to handle full sets of account (will be an added advantage)
