Finance Executive

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Director
• Ensure the accounting transactions in AR, AP & GL are appropriate and properly recorded on timely basis
• Monitor the company cash flow
• Responsible for preparation and reconciliation of quarterly GST returns
• Ensure that necessary statistical reports to the authorities are prepared and returned to the relevant authorities in a timely manner
• Month end closing prepare management reports and schedules.
• To assist in preparing documents required for annual tax return and estimated chargeable income (ECI) submission.
• Prepare regular cash flow forecast.
• Handle staff claims and petty cash.

Requirement:

• Minimum LCCI or equivalent, with at least 1 year of full sets experience in Food & Beverages industries
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience in accounting systems (QBO) with excellent interpersonal and organizing skills
• Meticulous and ability to work under pressure
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and suppliers.
