Finance Executive (Full Set)

About the Company

Our Client is a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions serving companies across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a proactive and meticulous Finance Executive to join the Regional Accounting Shared Services Team.

• Lead and handle the entire full set accounts
• Generate and validate accuracy of invoices and supporting documents
• Process payments and post invoices
• Collaborate with other departments on other processes including general ledger, fixed assets and inventory management
• Lead monthly analysis reporting for management
• Support internal teams for financial audits and tax filing
• Manage GST applications and matters
• Review and renew SOPs
• Be point-of-contact for queries.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or any relevant field of study
• At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience or experience working with full set of accounts
• Good experience with Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of SAP
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Able to work well independently, as well as effectively in a team
• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
