Finance Executive (Full Set) - MNC - West

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Engineering industry. They are looking for a Finance Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the general ledger (GL) by posting accurate and timely journal entries, including accruals and adjustments.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR), ensuring timely payments, reconciliations, and resolution of discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports, and conduct variance analyses.
• Oversee fixed assets by updating the register, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations, support tax filings, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Aid in audits, manage cash flow, prepare forecasts, and drive process improvements.
• All other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Finance or other relevant field of studies
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experiences
